On behalf of Mrs. N, Bournes was able to submit a defence to prevent Arrow Global from obtaining a County Court Judgment. Arrow Global LLC was unable to produce a credit agreement and without a signed legal agreement Bournes was able to negotiate the withdrawal of the County Court Judgment (CCJ) against Mrs. N. Bournes has receive confirmation from Mortimer Clarke Solicitors that no further action will be taking place and is expecting to receive confirmation that the outstanding amount of £3,500 will be cleared shortly.
